Born in Kazakhstan and now living in Perth, Australia, I found love for ceramics after signing up to a short Tafe course.The inspiration in my designs comes from a multitude of sources but more-often-than-not, it can be found in the free-flowing forms found in nature. From coastal rocky outcrops, jagged mountain ranges, to the calming colours and shapes at the ocean.I have a deep passion experimenting with new styles and techniques, ever evolving and elevating my designs.I have a home-based studio, working with a variety of clays, finishing techniques, and colour combinations, to create functional and decorative pieces.My works were exhibited in Perth and Paris.
